We respond to emergencies as quickly as our schedule safely allows. If you reach us while we’re in the middle of another job, we will finish securing that project and then head your way as soon as we’re able. We don’t rush through anyone’s work — but we also don’t leave urgent issues waiting longer than necessary.

 

This keeps every customer safe, respected, and taken care of properly.

 

What Counts as an Emergency

 

Emergency service calls are for issues that need same‑day or prompt attention, such as:

• Active leaks or water coming in

• Electrical concerns or safety risks

• Broken or unsafe fixtures

• Urgent repairs needed to prevent further damage

Emergency Service Pricing (Residential & Commercial)

$125 Covers priority response, travel, and on‑site troubleshooting.

Emergency Labor Rate

Emergency labor is billed at a simple hourly rate of $95.

 

After‑Hours, Weekends & Holidays

+$50 surcharge

 

Same‑Day Solutions When Possible

Billed at cost + a small sourcing fee when needed.
