*Membership Terms (Please Read Carefully)
Automatic Monthly Renewal
Your membership will automatically renew on the same date every month based on your chosen start date. Example: If you start on the 12th, your plan renews on the 12th of each month. We use automatic renewal so we always know exactly who is on our schedule each month. Your membership reserves a dedicated spot for you, and auto‑renewal ensures we can plan our routes, staffing, and service times without interruption. This keeps your property on a consistent maintenance cycle and allows us to turn down other work confidently, knowing your time is protected.
One‑Year Membership Term
Each plan is a 12‑month commitment designed to protect your property consistently throughout the year.
Cancellation Requests:
Requests to cancel must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. All cancellation requests must be emailed to: ahandymanandhiswife@gmail.com
If we do not receive a written cancellation request, your membership will continue to bill as usual.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
Early Cancellation Fee (50% of Remaining Term)
If a member chooses to cancel before the end of their 12‑month term, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining membership balance will be applied.
This protects the time and space we’ve reserved for you on our schedule. When you join a membership, we commit to your home or property months in advance, and we turn down other work to honor your recurring spot. The cancellation fee helps cover the scheduling, planning, and labor resources already allocated to your membership.
$25 Administrative Cancellation Fee:
A $25 administrative fee also applies to all cancellations. This covers the time required to process the cancellation and adjust long‑term scheduling.
No Mid‑Month Refunds
If you choose to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the current month’s payment is non‑refundable, and services will remain available until the end of that billing period.
